北韓中央通信社報導，金正恩20日緊急召開勞動黨中央軍事委員會擴大會議，宣布北韓人民軍前線聯合部隊從21日17時起進入「準戰時狀態」，下令人民軍全副武裝進入備戰狀態。
北韓報導稱，北韓已向前線部隊緊急派遣作戰指揮官，如果敵人（指南韓）在48小時內不停止對北韓心理戰喊話，將採取能打擊南韓心理戰設施的軍事行動，並積極應對敵人（南韓）有可能進行的反擊。1040822
